New to EE. I have downloaded app onto my android phone. Its been over a week and still it won't load my account. Uninstaller and reinstalled app still nothing. I put Email and password in and it keeps returning me to log in page. Please Help

Are you able to log in to your account online and view your information? Checking this helps confirm whether the issue is with the app or your account.
If everything shows online but you're not able to access your account in the app, and you’ve already reinstalled it, please get in touch with our customer support team so they can look into this for you.
