New phone

I am a new customer and ordered a new phone . I have paid £30 upfront cost which was verified by my bank . I ordered it 5 hours ago and no confirmation email . I tried to do it yesterday too but as they said the amount was pending it did not go through . So now I have two lots of £30 pending and no confirmation of my order .... Help !

Have you actually checked your junk/spam folder?

It will remain pending until your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window, but I would definitely check that nothing has come  via your junk/spam folder.

If you are concerned, you can ring customer service, press option 2 and you should then be put through to someone, see ways to ring them in my signature.
