Whenever I log into my EE account, it only shows me my old account which was closed and doesn’t give me the option to view my current rolling SIM to see usage or amend monthly bolt ons etc.

@Nick0802 Did you register your new account with the same email address as your old account? If you did this is why you need to call customer service and explain what’s happened or you need to use a different email address with your new account.

Is the old a/c a cancelled contract?
Is the new SIM on PAYG?
If so, you can't mix them.
