Not so long ago the ee app just about functioned as expected and was reasonably easy to navigate without issues.

The app is unstable on iPhone 13. It fails to settle with menus, text and images constantly trying to render themselves, unsuccessfully.
There’s too much pointless clutter in the app now making it impossible to navigate to user features.
This app needs an overhaul to strip it down to a functional tool and lose all the unnecessary junk.
I’ve given up expecting it to add any value to my ee customer experience.
This is clearly a very poor attempt to show case coding skills. If that was the brief, then it’s been met with flying colours.
Any notion of a sensible intuitive workflow and functionality is absent. What remains is a pointless vessel of useless code and failing navigation.
I suggest EE engages with a partner who understands functional workflow for the next release.
I trust this feedback lands with someone in ee who takes change seriously and acts on it?

@e-e-martyr The app redesigned happened seven months ago and the app has had little tweaks to improve it over this time frame. It works perfect on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, that’s not to say I prefer this to the old app. But it functions and once you get to know you way around the GUI it’s not as bad as first impression. But it still needs work.
