Hi
Just taken a sim only onto my account for my daughter but I can't gift any of my data to her despite being told I could. I can get into family usage on the app but there is no button to do anything to send her data!
The old app was much easier and better to do it when my son was on my account.

Can you gift data if you log into your My EE account online?
Does the new number show on the same EE account?

Im having exactly the same issue... all my family are showing in my account, but i cannot (just isn't there) gift data. Is this connected to the new app and new look website? My son is out of data and now I cannot gift to him.

Are you registered as the bill payer, rather than a user in My EE? You can check in Account settings > Manage numbers.

For me the new app, even in beta has always failed when trying to gift data, so had to resort to using the phone's web browser to access the EE website.
Although just now I have uninstalled the app and installed MyEE v5.10.0 data gifting has worked (scroll down past Family Usage and you will see Data Gifting).
Agree the old app seemed to be more logical and thus easier to navigate.
