I signed in to my ee and accepted the updated and I have to admit I am not a fan of the new my EE app. It asks me to log in all the time even though I chose Face ID for convenience, it shows both my mobile numbers, but my broadband line has disappeared off the app now and when I am finished and close the app down, there is a red 1 notification bubble on the app which doesn’t seem to disappear.

Welcome to the community,

Can you check the app settings, as this does not sound right, that it is asking you to log-in even though you have Face ID, this does not happen to me. If you click at the top right you will see Profile and then your account, click there, you will have to log in to your online account and you can then choose to see your broadband account or mobile account.

Where is the red notification bubble, have you clicked on it to find out what the meaning is of this?

@lhyde  On your iPhone go to Settings>Face ID & passcode ( enter your device passcode ) click other apps and make sure My EE is enable. 

to access your BB account you just click the person icon top left and then click your accounts.  Sign in and then you can view your BB account.

I am finding it very frustrating too. It seems to me it is not an app at all, just a link to the online login page. Why can’t J just stay logged in on the app and just enter my four digit passcode as before? Certainly not an improvement. I might just as well delete it an login online. Disappointed!

We're taking on feedback and making changes to the new app all of the time. It's a work in progress and hopefully you'll like it more soon.
