Hi all
The new app has removed my family devices and isn't recognising me as the account holder, so can't make changes. My husband relies on me gifting data, which I can't do now thst everything is wiped.
Any advice gratefully received

Welcome to the community.
You can add yourself as the bill payer in Account Settings > Manage Numbers.
Have a look at the screenshots on this post from @Chris_B on how to gift data through the app.
