MyEE account doesn't work at all

Even though I have an active EE SIM plan, I am unable to do anything on the website, I don't even see my plan or subscription

Thank you for your reply. An EE Guide resolved my issue. Now I am able to see and manage my plan on MyEE account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
