I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your app, as this isn't what we'd want to see. I'd recommend getting back in touch with our team and they will be able to raise a fault for the issue you're having, until this gets resolved. You can ask to raise a complaint regarding this, and if you are unsatisfied then you are able to escalate this to a Team Leader.

Do you receive any error messages.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

iPhone 16 pro max

Have  been to the office also 

Have called them also on the phone and it been like this for months now
