Why does my ee account not recognise my mobile.number

Are you trying to add a number to your current EE account?

What error message are you seeing?

Please provide more details so we can help further.

I have same problem. When I enter my number it won't confirm. Message says an account already exists for that number. So i can't top up or view balances

Welcome to the community. 

Our customer care team on 150 will be able to do a search and remove any accounts that may have previously been set up.
