@Rky Try clearing the device internet history and try again it’s working for me I’ve just tried it. And have you tried via the EE app ?

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your response. Yes I’m able to access EE app but today morning I received this sms and tried the link and that journey is broken and yes I tried with incognito browsing session too.

@Rky I didn’t say try incognito I said try deleting the browser history. It’s working for me as I tried it before commenting back to you with my first reply.

Hi Still same issue, delete cache cookie and history is not helping as OTP API is failing to pass OTP even though OTP is correct. So this is API issue not the history
