Have uninstalled and re installed the app. Can log into the desktop account no problem. Keeps saying sorry we have encountered a problem. Please try later.
not a good start to my time with EE. The whole online experience is clunky and not easy to navigate.

About time EE sorted this out…. I just updated the app hoping that would sort it out but just had same

@Phil246 This thread is from 2022 so not relevant to your issue. But open the App Store and update the app as a new update has been pushed out. Your made this comment when the update was already out
