App account holder

Hi, 

i have 2 different accounts for my EE app both with different emails, i am the account holder and always have been, but both email addresses say that i’m not? Does anyone know how to find out whos the account holder account because i am so confused?? I am wanting to look at adding products like an ipad on to my account and upgrading my phone but can’t because ‘im not the account holder’ but i am everything is in my name, i pay for my phone out of my bank i am so confused??

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
