MY EE WEBSITE HORRIBLY UNUSABLE
I had an issue with PUK and I decided to seek assistance from the EE App as the website just stopped responding! In response to instructions given here https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/getting-started-and-upgrading/unlock-your-phone/unlock-a-ee-device-to... it seems to me that EE has mage a glitch. The website redirects failed login sessions to https://id.ee.co.uk/login-spoof OR https://ee.co.uk/exp/home. This is not a good sign, is it?
Also, the service has greatly deteriorated in that mobile signals have been rendered unreliable. The company seems to do nothing about it BUT simply refers the affected to activate Wi-Fi calling, Really? Furthermore, the EE app HELP section is polluted with delay and bad customer service. They are avoiding the real problems I presume.
EE now has unreliable mobile signals with some zones reflecting zero signals. What a shame!
Currently, the website is down as at the time of this writing. What is EE planning to do about these issues? Is it ready to compensate the affected clients. Is it ready to improve....

@JiLF : The Help article you reference is not about PUKs (Unblock your SIM after trying too many incorrect PINs) but about PACs (Unlock your phone & use it on other networks).
Currently info about PUKs has mistakenly gone AWOL from MyEE.

Hi @JiLF
Thanks for coming here.
Could you try these steps to locate the PUK, please log in using this link My Account (ee.co.uk) > Manage your SIM/eSIM, this will show under unlock your phone.
Or, if you select Home > Plans and Subscriptions > Phones and Devices > eSIM/SIM replace > select cancel and the PUK will show.
Do we have any signal problems reported for the area on the EE Coverage Checker, if you select 'check status'?
Leanne.

This is what EE's website greets you with whilst attempting to access the link you just shared:
What happened?
Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later.
I cannot make myself clearer than that.
Thanks

Hi @JiLF
I've tested the link and it works for me, allowing me to get the PUK code. Could you try on a different device or browser please?
