My EE App

Hello, i have recently bought an iPhone 12 64GB with unlimited data, texts, and what not for my son. When i was ordering the iphone - i was not logged into EE or even had an account registered with EE. Although the emails about the delivery went to my email i am having problems. I have now created an account with the same exact email. Went onto my products and clicked add device. I put the number in and it asked if i was the person covering the bill. I had tapped yes and put the exact card details it had asked. And it came as failed. I then tried again and clicked no this time and it asked my Son's phone for a code and i put that in and it was loading saying "adding your product" but it never did so. I am basically trying to make it so that my son (whom is 18) can access the My EE app and review what he wishes to see of his contract. How can i resolve this?

Hi @KevinWithAnE.

What happens if you try to set it up again now? Does it still say failed?

Can you try in another browser?

Hi, Jon_K

I have logged in today and it says "Welcome to My EE" (on laptop). But it still says i am not the account holder. But considering my son is 18 and over - i do want to make sure when he logs in that he can change what he likes (e.g. parental controls). As he does pay me to keep his contract going. I do not use EE myself - only himself but i do manage the finances of it all (e.g. bank card, covering the bill every month) but hes the only one who will need to use the My EE, and i am only to need to deal with the financial side of it. How do i do this?

Thanks @KevinWithAnE.

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can update your account to make you the account holder.
