It’s the worst thing I have ever had to navigate with an error message on every single page on the website. You’re meant to be the best network but you have the WORST website and app going!! making it difficult to join your network/do anything or have questions answered

Have you tried another browser?
I don't seem to have any issues with the website or app.
If you've tried later at night then the site/app maybe down for maintenance. This happens when the least amount of people are active, but will impact some people unfortunately.

I have tried multiple browsers, but no matter what I do I get an error message on all pages and what I need to do doesn’t even require the website but apparently you can’t join EE without an account, or top up without them having an address, but then no one answers the phone when you get transferred.
joining the network should the the easiest thing going! Including if you want to transfer a number across from your current network, but apparently not 😅
