When will there be an update, as the lastest one has so much lag or just not working, having to switch from the app to the website, and none of this clear the cache, deleting the app has worked as ive already done this, i cant transfer data without it taking me at least 5/10 minutes when it should be only 2 mins its been 10 mins already 🙄 and below is all get. I know this has been fed back to the relevant department multiple times, i would just like an update to whether something is being done, or is it going to be weeks rather than days to be fixed?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this. 

Is it the same should you log in via My EE online?

The relevant team will be looking into the reports from users, however, we have no information regarding the next update.

Yes its utterly slow and beyond a joke now its been weeks  everyone is complaining yet nothing is being done about this, My EE app is a very important app to support all our EE customers esp when the phone lines are busy, so instead of waiting half an hour to speak to someone about a bill/data or change of address the app is the key importance to running the EE network, as i call it the bible of EE

I completely understand how important the app is for customers, especially those who like to gift data to other lines on their account.

If you are still experiencing issues with the app after trying the steps such as deleting and re-installing I would recommend speaking with our technical care team who can look further into this for you.
