To give you the best My EE app experience possible, we’ve released a new update for your app. This includes some important background enhancements which will further improve your service.

If you see one of the below screens or a maintenance screen, which doesn’t allow you to update to the latest version, then head to the Apple and Google Play app stores on your phone to download the update manually.

@Nathan5346    Then why don’t you use the phone dial keypad and dial 150 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Great advice, that's the bit that doesn't work

Done the update and still getting maintenance message!!!!!

Force stop the app in settings and try again

Yes same! Can't data share or anything

I can't get in either.  I've done the manual update from Google play. Running an S23.

I have done the update and still cant access my account using the app. How long is this update supposed to be taking?
