My ee app not working how long will be when it is working again

Can you log into your My EE account online and gift data to another number on the same pay monthly account?

The app has not worked on my phone for a couple of days I have cleared cash and data and even reinstalled.

I have the same on my phone,  the app, the website and its replicated when at work trying to access the business account. It is rubbish. EE are behind the curve.  They don't care and couldn't give a monkeys. EE/BT you should be ashamed.

I've just had another nightmare accessing ee personal and business accounts.  It is not loading, shows 404 and crashes. 

As a test I used 

1) samsung S22 ultra 

2) apple iPhone 14 Pro max

3) HP elitebook 840

4) mac book air

Both at home on 4g and sky broadband (1gb)

And at work using either 4g or bt business broadband

All 4 devices are regularly (cleaned). No software conflicts. 

The ee website 404 non stop. So all 4 devices are at fault?  

Sort the website out.  It's archaic.

Oh and i used chrome, Edge, Firefox and duckduckgo.  On all browsers, ee is unstable.  

EE advice may as well be ctl alt del.

Absolutely appalling upgrade to the app. Cannot access any useful information. 😡

This is the longest i've ever known it to be down, Of course, over the last week since last friday, everything there end has been crashing because peeps ordering of the new iphone, Thankfully I managed to order mine and hopefully here next week, Like I said in my previous message it did come back late last night, As I said big companies  apps are always rubbish, even Sonos, Has poor reviews on the app, Kef Wireless speaker app is absolutely rubbish And they sell speakers for thousands. I had a pair of high end wireless speakers Bowers and Wilkins duo's,two and a half grand, I had to send them back because their app was absolutely rubbish, And that's a british based speaker  company that sells speakers for a thousand pound and over twenty thousand pounds,  but can't keep their app running good.

I don't know but i'm guessing the developers are just part timers , Within mega companies, and like I've said it's the small company developer That keep their apps running up to date with good reviews.

 

As that famous quote goes,

**bleep** happens. LOL. 🤣🤣

Hi @StephenWilson54 

If you log into your My EE account online, do you have the option if you select Plans and Subscriptions then mobile plan, scroll down to do more and then data gifting?

Shocking service the app has been down for days now and still is this happens all the time and needs to be fixed so ppl need to pay yhere bill of the app or check there credit and u do nothing to fix it
