Yes, I have re-installed the app in the past but not more recently as it didn't make much of a difference. This is an on-going problem which I cannot seem to get resolved; even with help from 150. Worth another try before I give up completely. Thank-you.

Can’t gift data again. 5 or 6 times now. Just appalling from EE. Can’t log into account either. My wife, an NHS doctor, relies on her phone for work & cannot access data at present as she’s out of data & I can’t gift!
