Mobile phone bill online

Hi,

In the past week I have moved from BT to EE.

The broadband switched over a few days ago.

I can now log on to My EE and see my broadband account.

I have received my replacement SIM cards for my mobile phones.

Spoke to EE last night, and my number will be ported on Monday.

I received a EE mobile phone bill by post, which states I should be able to view on MY EE.

Am I doing something wrong? As all I can view on My EE is the broadband package!

EE mobile is live, as the mobile bill is dated 18th March!!

Hi @p1979

Thanks for coming back to the community 🙂

The mobile account will be live with a temporary EE number until your number transfers, and you would need to link this number to the EE account.

Do you have the option to link a product when you log into the EE account?

Leanne.

Hi Leanne,

I found the option to link, after a bit of searching, entered the temporary EE number (from the paper bill), and was then asked for the 4 digit code which was texted to me!

EE told me not to put the new sim card in until Monday night, ready to go live on Tuesday with my old number, so guessing I'm best off waiting until Tuesday to try again??

Hi @p1979

You would not need to link the transferred number this should change the number in your EE app once the port is completed 🙂

Once the other network SIM card shows no service please try the new EE SIM.

Leanne.
