Hi, all my accounts and details are missing from the app and when I try to link them it just says there is a problem. Tried reinstall refresh password but nothing works. Tried calling 150 put just get passed from bot to not with no help. Looking to upgrade two devices but EE don't appear to want my money. Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having setting up your account in your app, and I can appreciate how frustrating this must be. If you reach out to our team and choose option 2 to speak with someone, and then select 'Billing' your should be able to speak with someone who'd be happy to help.
