Hello all. The 'message us' option has dissapeared for me on the app. I need to see old transcripts as I made a complaint and want to check what they promised as nothing has been done.  Has anyone else's message us option dissapeared? Thanks

@Mandz73  Did you request a copy of the transcript at the time ?   It’ll not show now as the session got closed.   If the option to live chat isn’t available and you are a contract customer as live chat is only available to contract customers you’ll need to call customer support to see if it can be sent to you.

@Mandz73 , I have reported this and it appears that some others have the same problem, it is being looked into.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
