Major tech issue with App - when will this be resolved?

Can EE please confirm when the current Tech issue will be resolved on the App.  The system was not tested before going live and thousands of EE customers cannot see their Bills/App offers and more?  The system will not allow me to enter my real account number and is still showing the closed old account.  The accounts were to be merged?

Help please?
