We have been unable to login to our business account for over a week.
We just get login error.

Same here. Getting login error. My business contract is due renewal but maybe this is a sign I shouldn't.

To all of you, if you can download the My EE App, you should be able to log-in there and see your account, it is known and would be much appreciated if you could report it. There is a thread here about it:

This is not helpful at all, I am wanting to get access to the website version on the computer. It is for work/ business use.
