I have always used my ee app for paying bills and managing them a few weeks ago I went to check my ee and I couldn't log in on the app I tried the website and wont log me in says there are issues. This is stressing me out as its been 3 weeks.
I suffer with autism and cant talk on the phone so this is my only way please help

The Faster Payment page that @XRaySpeX has mentioned is a great option so you don't fall behind on your payments. Is there anyone who might be able to call and speak with the team on your behalf, so we can get your acount access sorted?

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
