Hello, I am trying to access the ee live chat/message but can I heck get access to it. Am trying via the ee app, have tried via messenger and it says to download the ee app! Erm already have. This service from ee is very hit and miss, it needs to be more consistent. 

 Has this service now finished or is it available when suits ee?

Have you updated to the latest version of the EE app? 

If you click the Help Icon, then scroll down to "Talk to Us" it should give you the messaging option.

Hi, I’m currently looking to change my plan.

I saw the 100GB SIM-only deals, but my budget is around £15 per month.

I’m considering leaving my current provider, but I would prefer to stay with EE if there is any retention offer or better deal available around 100GB for £15 or less.

Could you please check what options you have for me?

I’m sorry you’re not seeing the option to message us in the EE app. As you’re already on the latest version, it may help to uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh everything.

If the messaging option still doesn’t appear, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team so they can look into this further.

If you log in to your EE account online or through the app, you’ll be able to see what’s included with your plan and any roaming add‑ons available to you.
