Hi, 

where has live chat gone? I’m not a fan of talking to someone on the phone, and I much prefer live chat. Is it down? The box says that the button to start a conversation will appear in a moment, nothing appears.

The Start Conversation button appears for me fine under Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge when I visit the Chat link below.

Do you still see the issue? Are you able to switch to a different browser or computer?

Ive been doing it on my phone. Does that make a difference?

This should not make a difference. 

I have checked on my iPhone and can see the option to start chat. 

Are you selecting account and billing?

I've just tested and the 'start conversation' button is coming up for me.
