Hello, 

I was on a live chat this morning through the EE app and now the icon has disappeared off the app and I cannot find the chat I was on and existing chats. 

I have restarted my phone and redownload the app and nothing. Before I ring can any assist?

@Jrich1997 , have you looked by clicking on help? It should be there as message us? I have never used it.

My sim is not working getting no signal

Are you on pay as you go? If that is the case when did you last make a chargeable call or text?

Are you in the UK?

Its a new sim arrived today its the one on offer 9 pound for a month but its not showing any signal at all ive when i power of my phone clean the sim clean the sim tray it still show no signal so what can we do to solve this problem please

Welcome to the EE Community

Did you pay for the SIM at the point of purchase or did you select the free SIM option? As if it was the free SIM option you selected you may need to top up the number first to activate it. 

Is the phone you are using definitely unlocked to be used with an EE SIM? Are you able to test the SIM in another phone to confirm if it is the SIM causing the issue? 

 If you have already topped up the SIM when purchasing and the SIM and its not working in your phone, it would be best to contact our technical team from another working phone so they can have a check on the account and make sure it is activated as it should be.

I payed on the website and yes I tried it in a different phone same problem no signal at all
