Live Chat 'Start Conversation' button isn't appearing. My phone is broken.

My phone is broken, so I can't call technical support, the live chat 'start conversation' button isn't appearing. How do I get in contact with someone at EE?

Welcome to the EE Community.

The start conversation button will only appear when there are agents available to connect with.

Please keep trying, or get in touch from another phone if you have access to one.
