Cannot log in to MYEE on my laptop

MY EE works fine on my phone but whenever I try to log in on my laptop it tells me that I have successfully logged out.

If I click the green log in button it takes me straight back to the green log in button and tells me I have successfully logged out.

If I click the yellow log in button at the top it changes to the Overview page with my profile on the left hand side.

If I then click Manage on either My Mobile or Broadband buttons it successfully logs me out again and I am back to square one.

Failed twice with customer services due to 'technical' reasons.

Welcome to the community, @Bolitho

Does this happen on one specific browser? Have you tried a couple of different ones, just to see if the issue follows?

Thanks Christopher.

I have been using Edge for a while now with no problems. Just downloaded Chrome and it worked fine.

It also stopped working on Edge when I was using my phone as a mobile hotspot.

Quite often I can't get on line if my phone picks up a French service, even if it says EE.

Thanks, @Bolitho.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you picked up a French network, it should show their network name instead of EE.

Sometimes it shows as Orange/EE or if it is Guernsey then Sure/EE but ignore all that, what about the browser choice?

OK, thanks @Bolitho.

I'd recommend using whichever browser works the best for you for now.

If you need to use the hotspot and it isn't working, have a chat with our Mobile Care team who will run through some diagnostics tests.

Chris

The mobile hotspot works but I have to manually select a network provider to get full use.

Any idea why Edge has suddenly stopped playing ball?

I'm not sure, @Bolitho. I'm using Edge and it seems OK at the moment for me.

That worked, great, so thanks for that.

Off to France shortly so I'll see if my phone works this time.
