Hi. EE just moved me from my old plan to EE essentals i think its called with home phone.... My old contract now ceased. Tried to link this new account number to my profile but the phone number it wants to verify with is not my current number... Possibly an old one??? In any event it is not the number saved on my account, so don't know why its trying to verify with this number.... Tried opening a new account and still tries to verify to this number that isnt mine.... Can't see any other way to acces this new plan online as its trying to verify my identity with a phone number I don't have....and my actual number IS saved on the account..... Please help....

Welcome to the community.
If the wrong number is showing for the security text to be sent to, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call.
They'll be able to access your account and make sure we have the correct information showing and help to get it link the account for you.
