I have recently purchased a new phone contract with EE Business but I have two main issues:
1- I can't link the number to the account and it keeps telling me "Something went wrong" after I put in the PIN for the number
2- For some reason Whatsapp is rejecting the number and won't create an account with it.
Can I please get support on the above two urgently as I really need to be able to access my billing and to setup whatsapp for my business.

@RamyRASoftware On the first issue you’ll need to speak with customer support.
The 2nd issue could be the number is already associate with a WhatsApp account because phone numbers do get recycled. But what is the actual error message ?
