Linking my account to a new sim

I have 2 new sims from EE, I'm trying to link the sims to my account and the linking keeps failing. I have entered 4 different pin numbers that the system sends and it still won't link to my account. Now getting fed up as I can't see any way to now top up the balance on either sim and this is vital that I can. I'm of a mind to swap to another provider where the app does work.

Did the team advise as to what has happened with your top up payments?
Could you confirm if these payments have left your account?
Did the team pass you to our technical care team to look into your My EE issue?
Please also provide a screen shot of the message you receive after texting BALANCE to 150 so we can look into this further.

No, they didn't
Yes, the payment has left my account and the email was sent to show it.
Nope, wasn't passed to tech team, had no update to say they are dealing with it or any news from anyone.
If you've never seen a screen saying no balance I can send you 1, give me an email address, as nobody has taken proper ownership of the issue.
No, I'm not impressed and the cards are being taken out of the phones at the weekend if nothing happens soon.
