I am trying to link my mobile and broadband accounts for use on the app. I do everything correctly and enter the correct details but get an error message saying to try again later and an implication that the fault is at EE's end. Have been trying for two days now, any idea when the issue will be fixed?

@pec771 Have you tried calling EE CS to see if one of the guides can link for you? Have you tried using a computer as it has the link from you EE ID when logged in also.

I've tried on both the app and the website with similar results. I'm not going to ring up as it's not a big deal, just annoying. If any EE dudes see this and help me then that would be a bonus. My accounts are linked on the website but not the app.
