Don’t know if anyone can help or has had similar problems I rang ee yesterday after my device not linking to my app and after a phone call I got told it had been linked and would take 24 hours for my device to appear on my app but still hasn’t happened yet just wondering if there’s anything I can do

If 24 hours have now passed since our team linked your account, and you're still unable to manage your details online or through the EE app, please get back in touch so the team can work on getting this resolved for you.
