Linked device in moble app

I have two account in EE service, and i try to link my devices in the app, always said "We're having trouble linking your products" and told me try again later. I have try a lot of time and still can't link to my moble,

Also, I book an appointment to walk in shop and leave a notes about this problem, and they told me it can't help me in shop, and no one told me it can't solve this problem in the shop, wasting my time attend the appointment. I paid £8X -£9X every month, and getting no customer service, only know sending advertisment, and bills  to me.

I still try to call  150 to get it solve, and no one pickup the phone.

I'm sorry you haven't been able to get through to anyone to get this resolved. While we may sometimes have a wait, someone will always pick up you call. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm and 8am to 8pm on weekends.
