I've been trying to link my mobile & broadband accounts as I'm overdue for a upgrade on my mobile contract (in fact, all 3 of us that I manage on my account are overdue an upgrade) but every time I try and do it on the website it comes back with saying "there's an error at EE's end".
I've tried linking my broadband account to my mobile and vice versa but always get the error. Has anyone been able to successfully perform this operation?
If I have mobile & broadband linked, it seems to offer massive discounts on the mobile contracts so i want to take advantage of this.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @ColinW27
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you are seeing an error when you try to link them yourself, it would need our customer service guides to help to do this for you.
If you give our team a call, they'll bring up your account and help to get them linked so you can get the full benefits.

No. The only solution is vocal, in true british spirit, to beg operators to link accounts. Anything you try on site will fail. It is like EE dont give sh about it and, anyway, it is a matketplayground not a client true oriented portal.
So, dont try. It is just informative about what you have to pay and maybe some tools to upgrade. Always on plus for them.
