Link product

the app keeps telling me to link my product but my product is already linked this is what it says when I try to link  I cannot see any of my account information or plan details

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the app store. 

If the error continues, please give our customer service team a call on 150 where a guide will be able to check your account is linked correctly through the system.
