Itemised usage

EE told me I would be able to see my itemised usage within a couple of hours on the app/logging in.. that was 2 days so.  Another agent now tells me itemised billing is only available monthly on the invoice?! 
what is going on ?!

Exactly what I get! yet another random time it will show / itemise all outgoing calls and texts - so frustrating. 

Doesn't help when the EE chat advisors all say different things, I've been told that 'i'm not able to view it there's no such thing!  .... 'you dont have itemised billing' (clearly i do and they have failed to check).... 'allow 7 days'... ' give it 24 hrs'...   'whats your IP address'?!!...  'it's to do with you browser.'..!  

 

The itemised calls and texts are itemised under Itemised Usage and you should be able to view outgoing calls and texts from when last made give or take a few hours..

Sometimes and can get current usage go into it open up the itemised items and it says no itemised charges as above Dawnj1984

If you text BALANCE to 150, does the reply show any extra charges?

I have exactly the same frustration! For a communication company the information available and the interface is REALLY poor!

 

IT DOESNT WORK!!  I HAVE TRIED THIS NUMEROUS TIMES AND OVER MANY MONTHS. REALLY POOR !

Are you currently paying for itemised billing? 

If so, what happens if you view the bills in your My EE?

Yes I am.

I can look at my past bills online but I don't need to as have hard copy.

I used to be able to see real time use so that I could check on my teenage daughter.

I have since been told  that  EE no longer offer this service
