Hey there,
My phone got stolen recently and I've been planning to go to an EE store to get a new sim card. I was hoping to be able to log in to my Business account but every time I login, it keeps taking me back to personal. I attempted to hit small business in the top right and it logs me out again. I now have no way of accessing my bills which I was planning to show as proof of identity.
It seems I'm not the only one with this issues, I've tried multiple browsers, cleared my cache etc but no luck.
What can I do?

Could I confirm you have both a business and personal account?
Have you ever been able to access your business account?

We are having the same problem with the small business account and currently cannot access our bills....
We can log in and go to the section to view bills but as soon as you click on the link, it takes you back to this screen and wont go any further:
Please can you tell us how to access the bills?

Welcome to the EE Community
Have you tried logging out of the EE account, then clear your browser cookies and cache, and try again?
Do you still facing the same issue when you try an alternative browser?
If you're still unable to view/download your bills, it would be best to contact Customer Care team who can investigate your online access further, and also help with copy bills.

Apparently its an issue with BT and EE merging and could take up to 20-30 days to resolve. Customer services were able to email a copy of the bill over.
