website error for broadband when logged in

if logged in i cannot access the broadband section it shows technical error 

this has been going on for months i have called and logged a complaint it is still in error state

 

if i am not logged in i can see deals fine, is this sitewide  for everyone do we know or just user specific??

Thanks for coming to the community.

It is strange that you can see the offers when you aren't logged in but not when you are.

Is it just the new offers that you cannot see? 

Do you already have a broadband account with EE? If you do, can you see the details for your existing account?

hi , no i have 3 mobiles on my account and want to potentially move to ee broadband but like i say while im logged in it shows error, that i have seen mentioned on a few threads, at the top in the bar it displays Sorry! Something went wrong. (ee.co.uk)

if i change the error to deals it tries to load then changes back to error

but not logged in it works fine, so i add package to basket then when going to checkout u have to sign in and bang error again

Thanks for the detailed explanation @Mattu.

Can you try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser and try again. If that doesn't help, are you able to try another browser or device.

tried all that diff web browsers on laptop and on mobile it seems more an account issue with ee i assume

@Mattu Thanks for confirming, yes it does seem it will be more of an account based issue if it is following you across different devices and browsers.

They may have already but as part of your complaint our team on 150 can raise a ticket for your account to our EE ID team to help investigate the account issue.

ok thanks i have already spoke to someone in complaints and they said they were going to mark my account as being affected but that was over a month ago and its still the same which is why i thought id seek advice here as some others have had a solution!!
