EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I’ve not been able to log in on either for last two or three hours

Are you both still experiencing issues when logging in to the EE app?

I can log in but not see any upgrade info, nor info on actual data used
month on month?

Is this the same if you log in to your EE account online rather than the app?

Yes still an issue. From app shows welcome page and can see last bill amount and data used but click on profile logo top right and just buffers/loading or if try to access through shop logo at bottom get message ‘problem connecting to our server’ Gives me option to visit the website but get get message can’t log you in
