Is this the same if you log in to your EE account online rather than the app?

Yes still an issue. From app shows welcome page and can see last bill amount and data used but click on profile logo top right and just buffers/loading or if try to access through shop logo at bottom get message ‘problem connecting to our server’ Gives me option to visit the website but get get message can’t log you in
