Welcome to the community,

No the site is not down, are you using the app or logging via the website? Either or both should work.

If it is the app, make sure you have the latest version, otherwise uninstall it and reinstall it, that should solve the problem, otherwise ring customer service to get this sorted, as they may have to reset your account, just let them know the app is not working for you.
