In the EE website, I can see my latest mobile phone bill, but have been unsuccessful finding previous bills that I can download. I have managed in the past but is there a problem at present?

Hello @7DR ,
Welcome to the community, just go to billing and once there you should be able to click on whichever one you want to look at, it is there, the first one will be the latest then you have the drop down to choose a bill, not sure why you are unable to do that.
