Hello. I know that this has been asked before, but I cannot find an answer that works.
First of all, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EE app (for iPhone) and I have the latest version.
I would like to gift data to my wife. (a) We both have an 'essential' plan that should allow this; (b) both numbers are under the same account; (c) I am the account owner; (d) before the new version of the App we were always able to do this, so it is not a problem with the accounts etc...
On the basis of this:
I read the previous discussions on this community, I have watched your videos but I cannot solve this problem.
I remember gifting data was so simple before the new version of the app. I am missing something? How can I do it from my PC until this bug is solved?

What kind of plans are the other numbers on your account on? Are they No Frills plans?
