Impossible to download latest bill

I have tried multiple ways of download ing my latest bill without success.

1) Logging into the website and navigating to the Billing and Payments page just gives me endlessly bouncing dots below the Billing and Payments header.  I am using a Mac with the latest OS and have tried both Safari and Edge browsers with the same result.

2) I get a bit further with the EE app.  Billing shows me he latest amount owing and clicking on Download your bill as a pdf does indeed display the bill, but both short and long touches on the download icon in the top right corner have no effect (except for displaying 'Download' with a long touch).  Nothing is downloaded and there is no way of sending the displayed bill to a printer or other app.  It also shows only the first of three pages.

Can anyone reproduce these issues?  Thanks, Keith

Congratulations!  Not working for me unfortunately.  Still getting endlessly bouncing dots.  I don't have a VPN, I have disabled Private Relay on the Mac.  Tried Safari, Edge and Chrome on the Mac and Edge on Windows.  No joy.

So I have noticed that if I click on Manage on the website, I get the bouncing balls. If I go to

https://ee.co.uk/exp/home

then the amount of my latest bill is shown on the left hand side of the screen and below it is a View Your Bill tab which does work and takes me to my latest bill and alows me to download a bill. Or I can click on Bills & Payment in the centre of the screen. This also works.

I had to make an official complaint on the ee website to get someone to listen to me and eventually they did something to make the website work

cheers

That’s brilliant!  Many thanks Marc!  That works for me too.

The problem is that the normal route through login takes the user first to ee.co.uk/manage and then to ee.co.uk/billing-payments and it is the latter page that has the endlessly bouncing dots we have all found.    Having got there I now simply entered the URL Marc  posted into the address bar  and lo and behold there is the list of my bills to download.  After two months of trying, and those dots are still bouncing on ee.co.uk/billing-payments and perhaps always will

Thanks again Marc
