If the app is being improved every night why is it still so bad?!?!

And every night when I want to restrict the young ones devices I am unable to as the app is ‘being improved’ yet only seems to get worse!  Who is improving it?  Temu? Wish?  The ghost of Ed Gein?

It’s not the app it’s your online account that’s offline.  The app is a portal to your online account so online accounts go offline so does the app.    If EE was updating the app you’ll get an updated version of the app to download from the play/App store. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Same here, and we have to pay extra for that service. I'm not happy
