I’ve logged on to MyEE from my iPad and iPhone but my plan will not display???

Like the others that have commented before, I've already tried this and EE claim to not know what the problem is and although it's been mentioned on this forum many times that others have tried what you have recommended, EE still claim to have never heard of this issue before.

Are you logging into the EE app or EE account online through a web browser?
Do you get an error message when you view Plans and Subscriptions?

I have tried logging in to see my plans and subscriptions on multiple devices and multiple browsers, all of them give me the same "this service isn't working right now" error message.
How is the UKs (formerly) biggest network's website so broken?

Multiple times, my dude. Your website barely works, your app doesn't work at all. For all your Kevin Bacon money, you don't seem to be able to make any kind of customer interface that actually functions, and me and so many people have been having this exact issue for literal years.
I came back to EE after a long time away because I was offered an okay deal. As of today, I have left EE again, because this kind of basic fundamental failure from a company as big as EE should be unthinkable. Those of us experiencing this issue may be in the minority, but it's still abundatly clear that EE doesn't care about us as customers.
