While on holiday I deactivated my SIM card and used an Esim. When I went to reactive my SIM card it has removed my current phone number. This phone number had to be added to this SIM card after it was a BT number but I have been on EE for now at least a year.

@Issaacvavehshwh then you’ll need to call customer support and request a replacement Sim card or you can go to an EE store with in date photo ID and request a replacement SIM card there. You can’t get that SIM card reactivated to use. You can not move the number from the eSIM to the physical sim yourself.
